At Kyraze, we want you to love every piece you receive. As our jewelry is carefully curated and hygienic in nature, we currently do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Returns (Damaged Items Only)

We only accept returns if the product is damaged upon delivery.

To help us review your request quickly, we kindly ask you to record a video while unboxing your package. This helps us understand the issue better and assist you faster.

How to Report an Issue

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • The unboxing video
  • Photos (if available)

Refunds / Replacements

Once we review and confirm the issue:

  • We will offer a replacement or refund, based on availability
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Returns are not applicable for reasons like change of mind or personal preference
  • Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or screen differences
